Your carrier should ask you this before quoting rates:

"What volume do you actually control?"

Here's what most shippers don't realize:

• FBA volume? You don't control that.
• 3PL-managed shipments? Often locked.
• Marketplace-fulfilled? Out of your hands.

I've seen brands claim 500K packages/year, but only 200K is actually addressable.
