When & Why to Use This Skill
This Claude skill automates the code review process by dispatching a specialized 'code-reviewer' subagent to analyze Git diffs. It helps developers identify critical bugs, architectural inconsistencies, and requirement mismatches early in the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code merges and significantly reducing technical debt through continuous feedback.
Use Cases
- Subagent-Driven Development: Automatically trigger a review after completing individual tasks to catch issues before they compound in later stages.
- Pre-Merge Quality Assurance: Verify that major features meet all functional requirements and coding standards before merging into the main branch.
- Complex Bug Fix Verification: Obtain a fresh, objective perspective on intricate bug fixes to ensure no regressions or secondary issues were introduced.
- Refactoring Baseline Checks: Establish a quality baseline before and after major code refactoring to ensure functional parity and architectural integrity.

Core principle: Review early, review often.
When to Request Review
Mandatory:
- After each task in subagent-driven development
- After completing major feature
- Before merge to main
Optional but valuable:
- When stuck (fresh perspective)
- Before refactoring (baseline check)
- After fixing complex bug
How to Request
1. Get git SHAs:

2. Dispatch code-reviewer subagent:
Use Task tool with superpowers:code-reviewer type, fill template at code-reviewer.md
Placeholders:

3. Act on feedback:
- Fix Critical issues immediately

Red Flags
Never:
