When & Why to Use This Skill

The Daily Workflow skill provides a structured framework for personal productivity and time management within an ACE-framework vault. It automates and guides users through essential daily routines—including morning planning, midday progress checks, and evening reflections—to ensure task alignment, energy management, and consistent goal tracking.

Use Cases

  • Morning Routine: Automatically create daily notes from templates, review incomplete tasks from the previous day, and identify the 'ONE Big Thing' to focus on for maximum impact.
  • Midday Check-in: Perform a structured review of morning progress and energy levels to adjust afternoon priorities and clear any emerging blockers.
  • Evening Shutdown: Capture remaining loose ends, conduct a reflective analysis of the day's successes and lessons, and set up the workspace for the following day to maintain mental clarity.
