2. Use of the Directory

The Site provides a curated index of publicly available AI agent skills. Skills listed are maintained by their respective authors and hosted on third-party platforms (primarily GitHub). We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, security, or fitness of any listed skill.

3. Skill Submissions

By submitting a skill, you confirm that: (a) you have the right to submit it, (b) it does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, (c) it does not contain malicious code or intentionally harmful content. We reserve the right to remove any submission at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The directory interface, curation, and editorial content are owned by Claude Skills Directory. Individual skill content remains the property of its respective authors under their stated licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or the suitability of any skill for your use case.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude Skills Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any skill found through it.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
